Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of IaCConsole. Last updated: October 29, 2026.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the IaCConsole website, web console, CLI, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

The Service

IaCConsole helps you design, generate, review, and run Terraform and OpenTofu infrastructure. The Service includes a hosted web console, AI agents, optional integrations, and an open-source CLI. The CLI is also distributed under the license included in its repository; if that license conflicts with these terms for the CLI, the repository license controls.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and API tokens secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization, including cloud accounts you do not own or manage.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where the law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
  • Resell or provide the hosted Service to third parties without our written permission.

Your content and generated code

You keep ownership of the infrastructure code, configuration, prompts, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of the Terraform or OpenTofu code generated for you. You are responsible for reviewing that code before applying it, and for complying with the licenses of any third-party modules or providers it uses.

AI-generated output

AI agents can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Generated code, plans, cost estimates, and security suggestions are drafts that require human review. You are responsible for validating changes before applying them to production, and for maintaining backups and approvals appropriate to your environment.

Cloud accounts and third-party charges

You are responsible for your cloud provider accounts, the resources created in them, and any charges those providers bill you. IaCConsole does not control your cloud provider, its pricing, or the availability of its services.

Fees and billing

Current plans and token prices are listed on our pricing page. Metered plans are billed based on recorded usage. Prices may change with notice, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. We do not collect full payment card numbers through the Service.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and to fix issues promptly, but the Service is provided without a service-level commitment unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you. Support is provided through the channels described on our website.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the IaCConsole name, logo, software, and documentation, is owned by IaCConsole and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service would create a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will give you an opportunity to export your infrastructure code before termination.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be accurate or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IaCConsole will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or cloud resources. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IaCConsole harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your infrastructure code, your cloud accounts, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at IaCConsole's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
